SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Guayaba will apply shipping costs based on the address of the buyer.
Spain and Portugal: 3-5 Business Days / 5 to 15 €
Rest of Europe: 4-7 Business Days / 10 to 20 €
You must indicate a postal address where you want to receive the products. We recommend that you use the postal address where you can ensure that someone can receive the package during business hours, that is, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Shipments will be internationally.
You will receive the products within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days after your order has been processed. Likewise, you will be notified, at the email address provided by you, when the product has left the warehouse.
Guayaba will not be liable in any case for errors in the delivery of the product that may arise from incorrect data provided by the Buyer. In the event that this involves a delay in delivery, Guayaba will immediately inform the Buyer. The costs arising from this circumstance will be borne by the Buyer.
In case of having any claim or query regarding the shipment, you can contact Guayaba through the email address email@example.com Guayaba for its part, will use all its efforts to meet your request as soon as possible.
In the event that fourteen (14) calendar days have elapsed since the product requested by the Buyer was available for delivery and it had not been acquired by the Buyer, it shall be understood that the Buyer withdraws from the order, the provisions of the next section of "Returns".
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return it.

Returns must be made within a maximum period of 14 days. Any return received after the deadline will be returned. All products must be returned in the same conditions and in the original packaging in which they were delivered. It is important to add the purchase receipt, delivery note or any identification document of the purchase.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and it will take up to 10 days for your refund to be reflected according to your banking partner.
The property and risks of loss of any product will pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery. This risk will remain with the Buyer in case of return, until the product is delivered to Guayaba.
Products purchased through the Garage Market can’t be returned.
